Your signature/approval creates a binding contract. Payment is due upon job completion. Late payments incur a $50 compounding monthly fee starting 30 days after the due date.

Client Duties

You must provide functional on-site water and electricity. You must remove all furniture, vehicles, and items from the work area. Children/pets must be kept away during service and for 24 hours after completion.

Liability For Damage

Accepted Answer

We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing property conditions (e.g., loose siding, wood rot, foundation cracks, poor sealing). Our liability is strictly limited to damage proven to be the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Expectations

Accepted Answer

We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains (e.g., artillery fungus, deep oil/grease, rust, oxidation, etc.). Window cleaning is NOT included; we will do our best to thoroughly rinse windows in areas serviced but spotting may still occur.
